WaterPoloHub

The Olympic tournament, 1900–2024

Every edition of the men's Olympic water polo tournament, newest first — the podium, fourth place, the host, the size of the field and the gold-medal match where one was played. Eleven of the twenty-nine were decided by a final round-robin and have no final to score; St. Louis 1904 was a demonstration event between three American clubs and has no nations to name.

Squads and podiums from World Aquatics' own competition archive, which carries every Games back to Athens 1896 — these are the editions loaded so far, newest first. Only the three medallists have a published finishing order: the feed names a podium and lists a field, so the other nine nations are shown as the field rather than ranked into places they were never given.
